Store Policy

We do not deliver nor do meet-ups for Cakes and Cupcakes orders.

For Customized Products and Bulk orders, we require a certain number of days notice

​

*CUPCAKES*

   - at least 4 days notice for FROSTED CUPCAKES of 50 pcs and below; and at least 1 week notice for 51 pcs and above orders.

   - For  CUSTOMIZED / THEMED CUPCAKES, at least 1 to 2 weeks notice is required depending on the preferred design.

*CAKES*

   -at least 4 days notice for FROSTED CAKE with minimal details or simple design

   - at least 1 week notice for CUSTOMIZED FONDANT CAKE with simple details/design; and at least 2 weeks for those with intricate details.

   -at least 3 weeks to 1 month notice is required for TIERED CAKE orders.

> We require at least 50% of the total amount to book/confirm order/s.

> The other half must be settled upon pick up / delivery.

> Deposit will be forfeited should the order placed is cancelled just a day (or 24 hours to be exact) before the agreed date of delivery.

> Additional Charges apply for rush orders.
